For d e c o m p o s e , a gathering produced with Khokhoi and Abou, I use mushroom cultivation techniques to culture fungi on experimental substrates with waste and recyclables. I use materials littered around us to signal both, actionable ways to help mitigate our climate and waste crisis, as well as, preparations for a looming apocalypse, where we speculate soda sugars to culture mycelium…
